Viking Cruises operates river, ocean, and expedition routes across Europe, the Americas, and other regions, with a large, multi-role crew that needs to be trained to one consistent standard regardless of location. Every learning and communication asset has to follow Viking's brand guidelines exactly while staying engaging and easy to use in a busy international environment. The materials are frequently needed on tight timelines, so production has to be fast without losing quality or consistency. Viking's internal teams needed a dependable partner to own design and video production so management could focus on the learning programs themselves.

We produce Viking's learning and communication materials end to end: branded booklets, handbooks, methodology documents, printable learning assets, and training video, including both AI-generated video and classic instructional video. One Pipeline for Print, Digital, and Video
We produce Viking's learning and communication materials end to end, from branded booklets, handbooks, and methodology documents to printable learning assets and digital e-learning content. The design work runs through Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign, which keeps every asset on-brand and print-ready. Materials are adapted for different roles and worker types, with a focus on clear visual delivery and a single consistent style that holds up across an international audience.
Training Video at Scale
Beyond documentation, we build training video content, including realistic AI-generated video produced in Synthesia and HeyGen alongside classic instructional video. These videos support Viking's global training programs, explaining work processes, guest-interaction scenarios, and service standards for different teams and locations. The AI video pipeline lets us produce and update content quickly, which keeps the training library current as standards evolve.
Speed, Scale, and Consistency
Since June 2023, we have worked as an embedded production partner for Viking's Learning & Development team, managed by a dedicated project manager who owns planning, client communication, task assignment, quality control, and on-time delivery. The relationship runs on speed and flexibility: work ships on time, frequently under tight deadlines and across time zones, including urgent requests. Per the client's public Clutch review, the partnership has increased the speed, scale, and consistency of learning delivery, broadened reach across locations, and reduced dependency on live delivery while keeping quality and branding consistent.
